Ms Access Project (2nd Class

Dear friends today is my second class of this course, so you need concentration.
Today We will download a portable Ms Access application by the following given link. simply click and download

Now go in downloaded place and unzip downloaded file then go in the unzipped folder and select your Ms Access .exe file


Ok , Now double click at file and open the Ms Access . A blank window will appear with menu bar, you need to click in the menue at "File" and then Click at New.




Very good.
In this Ms Access window, find "Blank Database" at the right side menu and click on it. a dialog box will appear. here you need to save your database by the given name ( you can put your suggested name also). and click a create button.






After saving your database file a following shaped window will appear.

Very Good. Now 2nd class have terminated. in next tutorial will will learn how to start database design, using tables. Next Lectures will be at "Tables" ....
